<related-object> Related Non-standards Object Information

Description of an object (for example, book chapter, figure, table) related to the content of the standards document.

Usage/Remarks

A related standard should be tagged as a reference to that standard (<std>).
Related Elements
There are two linking elements in this Tag Set that can be used to point related journal article, books, conference proceedings, etc.:
  • The <related-article> names related journal articles, such as companion articles or a short news piece based on the document, and
  • The <related-object> names other sorts of related sources, such as a dataset, a related book, or a figure from another published source.
