XInclude XPointer

When the attribute @parse is set to XML (parse="xml"), the XPointer contained in this attribute is evaluated to identify a portion of the resource to include. This attribute is optional; when omitted, the entire resource is included. See the W3C XInclude documentation: https://www.w3.org/TR/xinclude/
