<is-proof> Document in Proof Stage?
A flag element, whose presence signals that a draft/*- document is being processed
as proof.
Usage/Remarks
The <is-proof> element is always empty. If it appears in a document, it signals that the draft document
is being processed as proof.
ISO Note
For ISO processing, no ballot is required for an is-proof document, and so a special
cover page must be produced.
