xmlns:oasis OASIS Namespace Declaration
This is not an attribute, but the namespace pseudo-attribute. The value provides the
URI to use for the OASIS Exchange (CALS) table element. All namespace prefixes must
be associated with a URL, and the OASIS table namespace prefix has been set to “oasis”.
