<ref-list> Reference List (Bibliographic Reference List)

A list of referenced documents. This element is used both for lists of normative references and for non-normative bibliographies.

Usage/Remarks

Reference Lists are typically used inside or at the end of a section with a title such as “Normative References” or in the back matter of a standards document.
